4 Column Icon Start Menu + All Programs

Add Signal Strength Registry Entry - MightyMike (Adds Signal Strength Registry Key For 3rd Party Task bars)

Enable Rapi - TobeyChris (Disables the security prompts when installing unsigned cabs, etc)

Disable SMS Sent Notification - MightyMike

Enable In-Call Recording - TobeyChris

Remove Unlock upon wakeup:

Registry: HKCU/ControlPanel/Keybd
Set:        DeviceLockWhenSuspend from 1 to 0

OR... use the CAB from MightyMike

Unlock All Camera Modes:

HKLM/Software/HTC/Camera/P1 to P10 are camera modes.  
Activate them all, by going in to each one and making sure that the key "Enable" is set to "1".

OR... use the CAB from TobeyChris

Remove Locked Start Menu / Programs tab Items:

HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/ProgramLauncher/0/IsReadOnly
HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/ProgramLauncher/1/IsReadOnly
HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/ProgramLauncher/2/IsReadOnly
HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/ProgramLauncher/3/IsReadOnly 
Change this value from 1 to a 0 and you can then edit their shortcuts.

Enhanced D3D Driver - Make TF3D faster

Get GPS working!

Increase # of Allowed Tabs in Opera (default is only 2):

Edit "Windows\Opera9\opera.ini"
Scroll down to the [User Prefs] section.
Locate the "Maximum Allowed Tabs=2" and change it to what ever number you prefer.

Show Opera in Task Manager:

Go to: HKCU\Software\HTC\TaskManager\ExclusiveList\System
There delete Opera9.exe (now it will show in the task manager)

Wifi Internet Sharing (use your phone as Wifi hotspot) - This works awesome for me!

any chance you know of a tweak to stop the letters from popping up on the oem sip? it gets rather annoying and drags the whole input process.
