Yes, I was looking for that package too but the leaked 1.26 doesn't contain that package..
I think that what has happened is that this package has been removed from the leaked 1.26, but it appears that this is not enough to stop the tutorial install phase from not happening (still it wouldn't work because the tutorial package is missing).. you can skip it though, but it would be better not so see this phase at all.. I will look into runcc later on the day.

who have manila 2.5 build 1920?
I heard from yozgatg that the SMS issue is because of the Manila executables, I have an idea: maybe we could use the executables from the new Manila of Tachi with the *_manila files from new M2.1? I know the old executables from Tachi wouldn't work, but maybe the new ones do? Maybe we could ask someone to leak the new one out and try it out.
i got it at home, what do you need just the core package¿
It doesn't disappear for everyone. On VGA devices, the problem persists, regardless of whether the build is 6.1 or 6.5. It is curious that on your X1 that it works on 6.5, but not 6.1. That makes sense though, because the interface wasn't made for 6.1 at all (though it does have those reg keys to switch the link of the "All Settings" button). I really wish we could figure out the exact cause of the bug, because it's holding up yozgatg from porting the new HTC Sense to VGA.
The Tachi runs Manila 2.0, which is NOT HTC Sense. There's no way that manila.exe will work correctly & support all of the new features of HTC Sense (especially the Weather Clock we all know & love).
